For weddings, parties and events consisting of 20 or more guests:
Weekends (Fri-Sun) | |

Weekdays (Mon-Thur) | |
| Venue + 2 Night Stay | $2,500 |
| Venue + 1 Night Stay | $2,000 |
- Early access is available the day before your stay from 4pm - 10pm for event set-up
- Check-out time is 11am
- $500 security deposit required
Gatherings or parties under 20 guests incur a $500 event fee in addition to the nightly rate.
