Day-Of-Coordinator
This is crucial for any wedding to run smoothly. No matter the size of your wedding we highly encourage our couples to take on a wedding coordinator rather from our team or beyond! A wedding coordinator helps ensure that your wedding day is stress free and everyone stays calm and follows the timeline that is also developed by the coordinator! This is a huge piece to a well done wedding that most couples glance over. But we assure you, it's the key ingredient to a well thought out effortless wedding! Coordinators are priced hourly with two tele-appointments prior to the big day to hash out ALL the details! We recommend the coordinator to arrive the day of the event 1 hour prior to guest arriving and to stay the duration of the party or shortly before depending on size and activities scheduled near the end. Example if a sparkler exit or such is arranged to close the night a coordinator maybe useful until then!
- Weddings up to 50 Guest $75 an hour.
- Weddings from 50-100 Guest $100 an hour.
- Weddings over 100 Guest $125 an hour.
- A one time deposit of $200 is paid to start the wedding planning process!
